Privacy Policy

LexLoop is an iPhone word chain game made by Omnivera LLC. This policy covers the app and its informational website, lexloopgame.com.

Account and gameplay information

An account is optional. If you create one, we process your email address, account identifier, and display name to provide sign-in and cloud saves. Sign in with Apple may use an Apple-provided private relay address. Gameplay data includes scores, word history, achievements, streaks, heart balance, and settings. Guest progress stays on your device; account progress is also stored with Supabase.

How information is used

We use this information to operate accounts, sync progress, provide game features, and respond to support requests. Leaderboard features may display your chosen name and scores. We do not sell your personal information or collect your contacts, photos, or precise location.

Advertising in the app

The app uses Google AdMob. Depending on your consent choices and device settings, advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad and app interactions, crash reports, performance metrics, and other diagnostic information to deliver and measure advertising, support consent choices, prevent fraud, and improve reliability. Where required, the app requests consent before advertising starts. Use Ad Privacy in the app to revisit available choices, and iPhone Settings to manage tracking permission. This website

This website promotes the iPhone app and provides support information. It does not run the browser game or load AdSense, AdMob, or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Account confirmation and password reset links can open the installed app; those links may contain sensitive authentication information and should not be shared.

Purchases

Apple processes iPhone in-app purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase and entitlement information is used to provide purchased features. Apple retains transaction information under its own policies.

Deleting your account

In the updated app, sign in, select Delete Account below your name on the home screen, and confirm permanent deletion. This removes your account, profile, saved scores, word history, hearts, streaks, and achievements. Apple sign-in users confirm their Apple identity, and LexLoop revokes the Apple authorization. Purchases are not refunded by account deletion; Remove Ads can be restored through Apple. Local guest data can be removed by deleting the app. Contact us about information supplied separately in support correspondence.

Children

LexLoop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account.
