These terms govern your use of LexLoop, the word chain game available at lexloopgame.com and in the LexLoop iOS app, operated by Omnivera LLC. By playing, you agree to these terms.

Your license to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play LexLoop for your own entertainment. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the game or its services, and don't use bots or exploits to manipulate scores.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, manipulate leaderboards, or violate these terms.

Hearts

Hearts are a virtual item used for revives. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted as part of game balancing. Signed-in players may receive one heart on their first seven-day consecutive login streak.

Intellectual property

The LexLoop name, logo, artwork, and game design belong to Omnivera LLC. Theme word lists may reference third-party titles for descriptive purposes only; all trademarks belong to their owners.

Disclaimer

LexLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnivera LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
